<br />KNOW ALL MEN, that I the undersigned, in consideration of the settlement of the debt ~`

<br />named therein, do hereby waive, relinquish and release the construction lien recorded as ~
<br />Instrument No. 0200900448, filed January 23, 2009, of the Retards of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which covers the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to wit:
<br />5863 W I-80 ACCESS ROAD, GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA more particularly described as:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lot Seven (7) Island, and part of the West Half of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (W1/2NW1/4), all being in Section Twenty-Eight (28), Township Ten (10)
<br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6~' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly
<br />described as follows: First to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the southwest corner of
<br />said West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W1/2NW1/4); thence southerly, along and upon the
