Melgoza Grantee(s), real property in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />described as follows: <br />Lot Fourteen (14), in West Bel Air Fifth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />THIS DEED IS NOT TO BE IN EFFECT UNTIL: 09/17/2010 <br />Together with all hereditaments and appurtenances belonging thereto.
