Bunge and Jacquelyn Z. Bunge, <br />husband and wife, <br />herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable <br />consideration received from grantee, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />Michael A.
