<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corparatian, as Trustee, under the p
<br />Deed of Trust dated March 20, 2003, executed by Kenneth G. Essink & Patty J. Essink, G ~
<br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as "Trustee,
<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as
<br />Instrument #0200303S8S on the 28th day of March, 2003, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described. in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as fellows:
<br />Part of Lats One (1) and Two (2) in Sunset Subdivision being a part of the North Half of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (N'/ONE'/) of Section Eleven (11), Township Eleven (11), North Range Ten (10) West of the G'~'
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point Thirty
<br />Three (33.0) Feet South and Sixty (60) Feet East of the Northwest corner of said Sunset Subdivision,
<br />running thence Easterly One Hundred Eight and Sixty-Four I-Iundredths Feet (108.64'); thence turning at
<br />right angles and running Southerly and parallel to the East lot line of Lot One (1) a distance of Two
<br />Hundred Seventeen Feet (217.0'); thence turning and running Westerly a distance of One Hundred Eight
<br />and Sixty-Four Hundredths Feet (108.64'); thence turning at right angles and running Northerly Two
<br />Hundred Seventeen Feet (217.0') to the point of beginning.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 16th day of September, 2010.
