Essink & Patty J. Essink, husband and wife, <br />in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Instrument #96-104895 on <br />the 24th day of June, 1996, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Sank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, <br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above <br />mentioned as follows: <br />Part of Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Sunset Subdivision being a part of the North Half of the Northeast <br />Quarter (N'/zNE'/) of Section Eleven (11), Township Eleven (11), North Range Ten (10) West of the 6~~' <br />P.M., Hall Caunty, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point Thirty <br />Three (33.0) Feet South and Sixty (60) Feet East of the Northwest corner of said Sunset Subdivision, <br />running thence Easterly One Hundred Eight and Sixty-Four Hundredths Feet (108.64'); thence turning at <br />right angles and running Southerly and parallel to the East lot line of Lot One (1) a distance of Two <br />Hundred Seventeen.
