Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by DICK D NIETFELD AND JOANN .r NIETFELD, HUSBAND AND WIFE, aS trustor, to Earl <br />D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA <br />EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, dated <br />DECEMBER 19, 2001, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, <br />Nebraska as Document No. 20011333'x, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has <br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as <br />confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
