Leverington and Patricia J. Bieber, each a single person , Trustors <br />under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on Dece mber <br />9, 2003 as Instrument No. 0200315845, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, <br />to-wit: <br />LOT 23, KENTISH HILLS SUBDIVISION, LOCATED IN THE S 1/2 OF THE NW 1/4 <br />OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 2S, TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH, RANGE 10 WEST OF THE <br />6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due. On account of such breach, pursuant to said Deed of Trust the Assignee <br />Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has elected to sell or cause to be sold such trust property to satisfy said <br />indebtedness. <br />The above debt will be assumed valid unless you notify the undersigned that you dispute the debt or <br />any portion thereof within thirty (30) days from your receipt of this notice.
