<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />One Two Eight, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, Trustor, to The State Bank of Cairo,
<br />a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank, Truster, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated Apri126, 2000 in which The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska
<br />Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust
<br />being recorded April 26, 2000 instrument number 0200003341 of the Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of $70,000.00, has been paid
<br />or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that this Deed of
<br />Recanveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />yr persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally
<br />described as follow:
<br />The East Half of the Southwest Quarter E1/2SW1/4) of Section Eighteen (18) in
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6'" P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance, at Cairo, Nebraska, this 13th day of September, 2010.
