Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />eXeCUted by Thomaz P Jarzynka and Donna M Jarzynka, Husband and Wife, as trustor, to Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank fka Equitable <br />Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island as Beneficiary, dated April 1, 2002, and recorded in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. <br />2002o377z, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed <br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
