<br /> THIS DEED OF TRUST is made as of the

<br /> September, 2010, by and among Reis Townhames, L.L.C., ("Trustor), ~
<br /> whose mailing address is 108 North Locust, Grand Island, Nebraska, ~
<br /> David C. Huston ("Trustee"), whose mailing address is 108 North
<br /> Locust, Grand Island, Nebraska, and Niels McDermott and David C.
<br /> Huston ("Beneficiaries"), whose mailing addresses are 923 Austin
<br /> Avenue, Grand Island, Nebraska and 418 Pheasant Drive, Grand
<br /> Island, Nebraska respectively.
<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Trustor irrevocably transfers,
<br />conveys, and assigns to Trustee, IN TRUST, WITH POWER OF SALE,
<br />for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and subject to the
<br />terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the real property located in
<br />the City of Grand Island, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, and
<br />described as follows: (the "Property"):
<br />Condominium Units 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18,
<br />19, and 20 Northview Seventh Condominiums, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, A Condominium in accordance with the
<br />Master Deed and Condominium Declaration recorded August 26, 2008,
<br />in the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska as Document
<br />no. 200807402 as amended thereafter.
<br />TOGETHER with, all rents, easements, appurtenances,
<br />hereditaments, interests in adjoining roads, streets, and alleys,
<br />improvements, and buildings of any kind situated thereon and all
<br />personal property that may be or hereafter became an integral part of
<br />such buildings and improvements, all crops raised thereon, and all
<br />water rights.
<br />The Property and the entire estate and interest conveyed to the
<br />Trustee are referred to collectively as the "Trust Estate."
