2oiooss~i <br />TRANSFER OF RIGHTS IN THE PROP1~RTY <br />The beneficiary of this Security Instrument is MGRS (solely as nominee for Lender and Lender's successors and <br />assigns) and the successors and assigns of MFRS. This Security Instrument secures to Lender: (i) the repayment of <br />the Loan, and all renewals, extensions and rnodiftcations of the Note; and (ii) the performance of Borrower's <br />covenants and agreements under this Security Instrument and the Note. For this puxpase, Borrower nxevocably <br />grants and conveys to Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, the following described property located in the County of <br />HALL : <br />Lot Eighty-three (83) in West Lawn, an addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, HaII Couuty, Nebraska <br />which currently has the address of 1714 N®F.TH GRAND ISLAND AVENUE <br />[Street] <br />GRAND ISLAND ,Nebraska d8803 ("Property Address"): <br />[City] [Zip Cade] <br />TOGETHER WITH all the improvements now ox hereafter erected. on the property, and all easements, <br />appurkenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property. All replacements and additions shall also be <br />covered by this Security Instrument.
