<br />- DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br /> Trust Deed dated July 23, 2009 and executed by Ken Shuda Construction, LLC, a Nebraska Limited
<br /> Liability Company, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as ~
<br /> Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #0200906110 at the
<br /> Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 24~" day of July, 2009
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Thirty-Two (32), LaRue Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Ha11 County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of `Trust have been fully paid,•
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 27t1i day of August, 2010.
