<br /> THIS DEED OF_JRUST is made this 13th day of September, 2010, by and among
<br /> MONTI'J. HADENFEL , a single person, herein referred to as "Trustor", whose mailing
<br /> address is 402 Sunset Drive, Doniphan, Nebraska 68832; BRUCE I. SMITH, Attorney-at-Law,
<br /> hereinafter referred to as "Trustee", whose mailing address is P.O. Box 790, Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska 68802; and STANLEY J. ROACH and KATHRYN D. ROACH, husband and wife, as
<br /> joint tenants with rights of survivorship, hereinafter referred to as "Beneficiary", whose mailing
<br /> address is P.O. Box 19, Doniphan, Nebraska 68832.

<br /> For valuable consideration, Trustor irrevocably grants, transfers, conveys and assigns to
<br /> Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and
<br /> subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the Trustor's interest in the following-

<br /> Nebraska; running thence North along the West line of the aforesaid Lot Three (3) One
<br /> Hundred Forty-Two Feet (142'); thence West at right angles One Hundred Forty-One
<br /> Feet (141'); thence South at right angles and parallel with the West line of Lot Three (3)
<br /> One Hundred Forty-Two Feet (142'); thence East at right angles One Hundred Forty-One
<br /> Feet (141') to the place of beginning, and also described as: Part of the Southwest quarter
