<br /> TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE ''
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Jeffery Greenwalt and Lois Greenwalt, Husband and Wife, Borrowers, to Pathway
<br />Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated March
<br />6, 2007 in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said
<br />Deed of Trust being recorded March 8, 2007 as Instrument Number 200701787 of the
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of
<br />$163,457.68, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally
<br />described as follow:
<br />Lot Four (4), Block One (1), Summerfield Estates Fourth Subdivision, in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska which currently has the address of 1504 Meadow
<br />Rd, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance, at Cairo, Nebraska, this 8~` day of Septerr~ber , 2010.
