<br />DEBRA D WAGGONER executed a Trust Deed or Mortgage to Centris Federal Credit Union on the following

<br />Which said instrument mentioned above was in the original amount of $22,000.00 and was recorded on the 28 of
<br />FEBRUARY, 2008 in INSTRUMENT NO 200801626 of the mortgage records of HALL County, NEBRASKA

<br />WHEREAS, RICHARD K WAGGONER AND DEBRA D WAGGONER will or has secured a loan of
<br />$]32,000.00 from SECURITY STATE BANK -its successors and/or assigns as their respective
<br />interests may appear which is secured by a Trust Deed or Mortgage on the above described real estate, and

<br />WHEREAS, Centris Federal Credit Union desires to subordinate its security position mentioned above
