Designs, Inc., Trustor, <br />to Cornerstone Bank, Trustee, covering the following described real estate, to-wit: <br />The Westerly Twenty Two (22) Feet of Lot Seven (7), in Black Fifty Eight (S8) in - <br />the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />which is also known as 412 West Third Street,, Grand Island, NE 68801, the "Real Property" or <br />"Property," to secure certain obligations in favor of Cornerstone Bank, as Beneficiary, such Deed <br />of Trust being recorded on May 11, 2009, at Instrument No. 0200903611 of the Hall Caunty, <br />Nebraska Mortgage Records. You are notified that a breach of an obligation for which the trust <br />property was conveyed as security has occurred in that default has been made in the repayment of <br />the indebtedness evidenced by Trustors' Promissory Notes dated February 3, 2009 and May 8, 2009 <br />and. Trustor's failure to pay all real estate taxes when due.
