Sax 16Q, Grand Island, <br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed <br />by Richard S Rasmussen Jr. and Cathern A Rasmussen, Husband and Wife, aS Tarustor, iri <br />which Equitable Bank FKA Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, is named <br />as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated March 4, 2002= <br />and recorded March s, 2002, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Ha11 County, <br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 2002o25s4 regarding the real estate described in <br />paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Reeo~.ve ante. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by Richard s Rasmussen Jr. a~td Cathern A Rasmussen, Husband and Wife, aS trustor, to <br />Earl D.
