Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of ~P.O. Bax 160, Grand Island, ~ ~ <br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed <br />by Kenneth T Jewell and Mary C Jewell, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Equitable <br />Bank FKA T1~ E~}uitakil~ Budding and Loan Assczciation.of Grand .Island, is named as <br />the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated April 26, 1996,. <br />and recorded May 1, 1996, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 96-103296 regarding the real estate described in <br />paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by Kenneth T Jewell and Mary C Jewell, Husband and Wife, as trustor, to Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank FKA The Equitable <br />Building and Loan Association of Grand Island as Beneficiary, dated April 26, 1996, and <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document <br />No. 96-103296, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this <br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement <br />below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
