<br />TRUSTEE' S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secwed by the Trust Deed executed by: ~~
<br />K MELVIN JOHNSON AND BARBARA J JOHNSON, HUSBAND AND WIFE ~ ~
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, far the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />MARCH 24 2006 recorded MARCH 24 2006 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER
<br />OF DEED' S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT # 0200602545 has been
<br />paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and recanvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the fallowing described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />LOT ONE (1), BLOCK FIVE (5), IN BEL-AIR ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtwes, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
