BAACK, attorney, Trustee, far the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated November 8, <br />1996, and recorded November 13, 1996, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />as Instrument No. 96-108907, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed <br />of Reconveyax~ce be executed and delivered: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such paynnent in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises; <br />LOT TWO (2), STEWART PLACE THIRD SUBDIVISION, IN THE <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br />together with all building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br />Dated this __ ~r~- day of _~~, 2010. <br />nd R.
