<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by
<br />Deed of Trust executed by DYNASTY ENTERPRISES, INC. to AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated October 16, 1984, and recorded October 25, 1984, in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 84-005651;
<br />and
<br />Deed of Trust Modification Agreement by DYNASTY ENTERPRISES, INC. dated March 22, 1999 and
<br />recorded March 24, 1999 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />No. 99-102996;
<br />have all been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary Warned therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons-entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />LOT ONE (1), BLOCK TWO (2), STEWART PLACE SUBDIVISION TO THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, EXCEPT A
<br />CERTAIN TRACT DEEDED TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND BY
<br />WARRANTY DEED RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO.83-001608; and
<br />LOT TWO (2), BLOCK TWO (2), STEWART PLACE SUBDNISION, TO THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />together with all building, fixtures, irnprovernents and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
