<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed
<br />June 23, 2006, by DALE A. RICE AND CHRISTINE L. RICE, husband and wife, Trustors, in
<br />favor of WEST GATE BANK, as Beneficiary, and FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF OMAHA, as
<br />Trustee, and which was filed for record on July 3, 2006, as Instrument No. 2006-05891, of the
<br />Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original
<br />Beneficiary, WEST GATE BANK, to FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF OMAHA, by virtue of an
<br />Assignment dated June 23, 2006, and filed for record on July 3, 2006, as Instrument No.2006-OS892
<br />of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally
<br />described as follows:
<br />THE EAST ONE-HALF OF LOT ELEVEN (11) AND ALL OF LOT TWELVE (12),
<br />BLOCK " D", FIRST ADDITION TO WOOD RIVER, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Beneficiary and Trustee,
<br />FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF OMAHA, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable
<br />pursuant to Nebraska statute § 76-1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Beneficiary and Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust
<br />property to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76-1012.
