Panowicz, Husband & Wife, Trustor, to The State Bank of Hildreth, Hildreth, NE, Trustee, for the benefit of The State Bank of Hildreth, Hildreth, NE Beneficiary, dated June 9, 2006 and recorded on November 3, 2006 and recorded as Instrument No. 0200609870 of the record of Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Partial Recgnveyance be executed and delivered; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such partial payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey without warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate of said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes, Section 76-201): See "Addendum B" together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances thereto belonging to such premises. HOWEVER, the Trustee reserves and excepts from this reconveyance its rights to the remaining real estate as described in, the Deed of Trust, which shall continue to be subject to the terms of the Deed of Trust.
