<br />--		SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island,
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by HAROLD R VEEDER AND PEGGY L VEEDER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustar, in which
<br />EQUITABLE BANK, FKA EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated
<br />SEPTEMBER 10, 20011 and recorded sEPTEMBER 14, 2ooi, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200109375 regarding the real
<br />estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />Z. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by HAROLD R VEEDER AND PEGGY L VEEDER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, aS trustar, to Earl
<br />D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA
<br />EQUTTABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, dated
<br />SEPTEMBER io, 2ooi, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />County, Nebraska as Document No. 20010935, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
