<br />CANCELLATION OF NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed for record January 21, 2009, and retarded in
<br />the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200900365. Said Notice of
<br />Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Ronald J. Nielson and Jody M. Nielson, as husband and wife, as
<br />Trustors, in which United Nebraska Bank is named as Beneficiary and United Nebraska Bank is the Trustee. The
<br />Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record April 12, 2002 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 2002-03993. The Deed of Trust was modified by two separate Loan
<br />Modification Agreements filed of record December l2, 2006, as Instrument No. 2006-10985 and January 7,
<br />2008, as Instrument No. 200$00149.
<br />On or about April 12, 2002, United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Suntrust Mortgage, Inc.. The Assignment was recorded April 12, 2002,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200203994.
<br />On or about September 1.7, 2003, Suntrust Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.. The Assignment was
<br />recorded December 9, 2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.
<br />200315831.
<br />On or about January 12, 2009, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all
<br />of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to MidFirst Bank, a Federally Chartered Savings
<br />Association. Tlie Assignment was recorded January 21, 2009, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200900363._
<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of
<br />Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
