<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed
<br />.February 9, 2007, by MICHAEL R. LYNCH, a single person, Trustor, in favor of HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSN. OF GRAND ISLAND, as Beneficiary, and U.S.
<br />BANK TRUST COMPANY, N.A., as Trustee, and which was filed for record on February 12,
<br />2007, as Instrument No.2007-01133, of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed
<br />of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSN. OF GRAND ISLAND to U.S. BANK, N.A., by virtue of an Assignment dated February 9,
<br />2007, and filed for record on March 12, 2007, as Instrument No. 2007-01879 of the Mortgage
<br />Records of Ha11 County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed as Successor
<br />Trustee, replacing U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, N.A., by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee
<br />filed for record in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust
<br />conveys property legally described as follows:
<br />LOT 4, IN BLOCK 9, IIV SCARFF'S ADDITION TO WEST LAWN, IN THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute § 75-1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust maybe thereby reinstated as provided in § 76-1012.
