Veatch, a single person, to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation Trustee, for the benefit of Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, the beneficiary named therein, said Trust Deed dated May 16, 2008, and recorded May 19, 2008 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 200804346 and whereas said beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered: THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as follows: The Southerly Sixty Eight (68) Feet of Lot Ten (10) in Block Six (6) in H.G.
