Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Sox 160, Grand Island, <br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed <br />by Charles V Gregory and Debra Anne Gregory, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which <br />Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl <br />D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated October 22, 2003 and Qctober 22, 200371 and <br />recorded October 27, 2003, and October 27, 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200314230 and 0200314232 regarding the real <br />estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by Charles V Gregory and Debra Anne Gregory, Husband and Watfe, aS trustor, to Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Federal Savings Bank of <br />Grand Island as Beneficiary, dated october 22, 2003 and October 22, 2003, and recorded in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. <br />0200314230 and 0200314232, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in <br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its <br />endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
