<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE 2 010 0 614 4
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated March 9, 2010, executed by Robert D. Riedy and Kristin M. Riedy;
<br />Husband and Wife; in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />March 10, 2010, recorded as Instrument No. 0201001554, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Paints Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />All of the Southerly Seventy and Six Tenths Feet (570.6) of Lot Ten (10), in Block One (1), in Gilbert's
<br />Addition to the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, daes hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Recanveyance, at
<br />Crrand Island, Nebraska, this 26`'' day of August, 2010.
