<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE
<br />Great Western Bank is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Chelsea Square Development, L.L.C., A Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustor(s), in
<br />which TierOne Bank, is named Beneficiary and TierOnc Bank is named Trustee. The Deed of Trust was
<br />filed for record on May 13, 2005 as Instrument number 0200504356 in the records of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, conveying the property legally described as:
<br />Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1/4SE1/4) of section thirteen (13),
<br />Township eleven (11) North, Range ten (10) West of the 6'h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as follows: commencing at a point 148.5 feet South of the Northeast corner of
<br />said Northeast qutarter of the Southeast Qu'~rter of said section; thence West for a distance of 290.0
<br />feet, running thence South for a distance o~ 150.2 feet, running thence East for a distance of 290.0
<br />feet, and running thence North far a distance of 150.2 feet to the place of beginning.
<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust identified in the above Substitution of
<br />Trustee has been paid and the current Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, TIIEREFORL, inconsideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />current Beneficiary, the undersigned Successor Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate granted to said "Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trust in the above referenced premises only together with all buildings, fixtures,
<br />improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such premises.

<br />chartered savings bank, by acquisition of assets from the FDIC as Receiver of TierOne Bank, which was closed by
<br />the Office of Thrift Supervision on Tune 4, 2010, Beneficiary and as Successor Trustee, to me known to be the
