<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a. Nebraska Corporation, as 'T'rustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated March 22, 2010 and executed by Starostka Group Unlimited Inc., a Nebraska ~
<br />Corporation and Hastings Ventures, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustors, in which. ~ '~
<br />Five Points Sank, a Nebraska Corporation is Warned as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />which was recorded as Instrument #0201002732 at the Register of Deeds ofEce of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on the 26~'' day of April, 2010
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received froze. Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Tztizst above n~zentioned as follows:
<br />L,ot Two (2), Block One (1), Woodland Park 4~'' Subdivision, city of Grand Island, l"Iall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled. thereto, tlae estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
