<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Clyde L
<br />Church and Marilyn K Church, husband and wife, to Centris Federal Credit Union Trustee for the
<br />benefit of Centris Federal Credit Union the beneficiary named therein, dated 03/31/2005 and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, instrument
