Penas and <br />Pamela Fenas, Husband and Wife; in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the <br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on January 1S, 1997 entered as Document No. 97-100308, and on August 1, 2001, <br />recorded as Instrument Na. 0200107527, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points <br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust <br />above mentioned as follows: <br />LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), THREE (3), FOUR (4), AND FIVE (S), IN BLOCK TWO (2) IN H.
