<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by BENS'
<br />DRUG STORE, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, to CATHLEEN H. ALLEN, Attorney at Law,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of BEN J. WASSINGER, JR, and ARLENE G. WASSINGER, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated December 11, 2007, and recorded December 18, 2007, in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument Number 0200710501,
<br />has been paid, and the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following-described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />The Northerly Eighty (80) Feet of the Westerly Twenty-Two (22) Feet of Lot
<br />Four (4), in Block Sixty-Six, in the Original Town, now City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
