Troester and Cynthia ~a <br />Sue Troester, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar ~, "' <br />and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Shawn P. Kenny and Jody K.
