<br /> DEE D OF RECONVEYANCE .
<br />WHEREAS, The Bank cf Marquette, f/k/a First National Bank of Marquette, Marquette,
<br />Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated September 30, 2005, executed by Blair H.
<br />Hines and Diana Hines, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which the Bank of Marquette,
<br />Marquette, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded on
<br />October 5, 2005, as instrument No. 0200509928, in the office of the County Clerk of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting
<br />that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust
<br />and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for
<br />cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />person legally entitled therein, all the estate and interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of
<br />Trust in following described real estate, to-wit:
<br />Lot Three (3) Block Sixty-seven (67) and the West 2.8 feet of Lot Two (2), Block Sixty-seven
<br />(67), in Wheeler and Bennett's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Marquette, Marquette, Nebraska has caused this
