Box 160, Grand Island, <br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed <br />by COAD JAY MILLER AKA COAD J MILLER AKA COAD MILLER AND MARTINA PETRA DOETSCH <br />AKA MARTINA DOETSCH AKA MARTINA P DOETSCH, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, in <br />which Equitable Bank, f/k/a Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, is <br />named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated January <br />ls, 2002, and recorded January 18, 2002, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200200769 and Modification of Deed of Trust dated <br />July 11, 2007, and retarded July 16, 2007, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200705475 regarding the real estate described in paragraph <br />3 below. <br />2. Deed of Partial Reconveā€˛yance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of <br />Trust eXeCUted by LOAD JAY MILLER AKA GOAD J MILLER AKA COAD MILLER AND MARTINA I'I±,TRA <br />DOETSCH AKA MARTINA DOETBCH AKA MARTINA P DOETSCH, HUSBAND AND WIFE, aS trUStor, tQ <br />Earl D.
