<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island,
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by COAD JAY MILLER AKA COAD J MILLER AKA COAD MILLER AND MARTINA PETRA DOETSCH
<br />AKA MARTINA DOETSCH AKA MARTINA P DOETSCH, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, in
<br />which Equitable Bank, f/k/a Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, is
<br />named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated January
<br />ls, 2002, and recorded January 18, 2002, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200200769 and Modification of Deed of Trust dated
<br />July 11, 2007, and retarded July 16, 2007, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200705475 regarding the real estate described in paragraph
<br />3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Partial Reconveā€˛yance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of

<br />Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, far the benefit of Equitable Bank, f/ k/ a
<br />Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island as seneficiary, dated January 18, 2002,
<br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hail County, Nebraska as
<br />Document No. 0200200764 and Modification of Deed of Trust dated July 11, 2007, and
<br />recorded July 16, 2007, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200705475, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by
<br />Equitable Bank, f/k/a Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island as beneficiary
<br />named in such trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties
<br />entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the
<br />undersigned under such trust deed in that portion of the property described therein,
<br />located in Hall County, State of Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />Parcel 3: The Westerly Half of Lot Two (2) and the Easterly Half (E1/2) of
<br />Lot Three (3), in Block Thirteen (13), of Charles Warmer's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Ha11 County, Nebraska.
<br />The trust deed remains in full farce and. effect as to all other property described
<br />in the trust deed.
