Certain rules regarding the usage of words used in this document are also provid ed in Section 16. <br /> (A) "Security Instrument" means this document, which is dated August 20, 2010 ,together with all <br /> Riders to this document. <br /> (B) "Borrower" is Justin Davis and Meredith Davis, husband and wife <br />Borrower is the trustar under this Security Instrument. <br />(C) "Lender" is Mutual of Omaha Bank . <br />Lender is a a Federal Savings Bank organized and existing under <br />the laws of United States pf America .Lender's address is <br />1330 "N" St, Lincoln, NE 68508-1907 <br />(D) "Trustee" is MUTUAL OF OMAHA BANK <br />Lender is the beneficiary under this Security Instrument. <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated August 20, 2010 .The Note <br />states that Bnrrower owes Lender One Hundred Twenty Thousand and np1100 <br />Dollars (U.S. $120,000.00 )plus interest.
