20100585) <br />TRANSFER OF RIGHTS IN THE PROPERTY <br />The beneficiary of this Security Instrument is MFRS (solely as nominee for Lender and Lender's successors and <br />assigns) and the successors and assigns of MERS. This Security Instrument secures to Lender: (i) the repayment of <br />the Loan, and all renewals, extensions and modifications of the Nate; and (ii) the performance of Borrower's <br />covenants and agreements under this Security Instrument and the Note. For this purpose, Boxrawer irrevocably <br />grants and conveys to Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, the following described property located in the County of <br />HALL <br />I.ot Six (6) and the North Oue Half (Nl/2) of Lot Seven (7), in Block Cne (1), <br />in West Park Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />which currently has the address of 1221 NORTH HOWARD AVENUE <br />[Street] <br />GRAND ISLAND ,Nebraska 6$$03 ("Property Address"): <br />[City] [Zip Code] <br />TOGETHER WITH all the improvements now ar hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, and fixtures now ar hereafter a part of the property. All replacements and additions shall also be <br />covered by tb.is Security Instrument.
