<br />DEED OFRECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter
<br />called the "Trust Deed," executed by Robert L Siemers and Betty J Siemers, husband
<br />and wife, as Trustors, to Independent Trust Co, A/K/A Grand Island Trust and
<br />Financial Services, Inc, A/IVA Platte Valley State Bank $~ Trust Company, as
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated January 12, 2001 and recorded on March 5, 2001, in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in Inst. # 0200101716; has been paid,
<br />and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration ofi such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed,
<br />in and to the following-described real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-
<br />1001):
