<br /> <br />~r~ ° rn ~ ~ ~ ~" <br /> --i <br /> <br />~ ~ ~ <br />~ ® <br />~ <br />,~ ~~ . ~-- ~ -..-= <br />~ ~ rv <br />v <br />.~...~ '1 N ~ ~ ~~` ~ ~ <br /> y a <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />~ ~ o <br /> <br />~~ <br />u <br />~ ~; <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />z <br /> ,,, ~ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />~.....~~ w ~ ~ m <br /> <br /> <br /> -.a ~" ~ z <br /> o <br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this ~/ ' day of AUGUST 201 p <br />by and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Lender", and <br />KEVIN G MCDERMOTT AND DIANE L MCDERMOTT, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br />LOT TWO (2) JAKUBOWSKI SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />which Deed of Trust/Martgage was dated JUNE 23,~2OQ6 filed for record on JI7NE 27, 200b in the <br />off ce of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALT, COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />in DOCUMENT # 0200605716; <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secwed by such Deed of Trust/Martgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76-239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above-described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby AMENDED TO AUGUST 1 2020. <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension <br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above-described <br />Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining <br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement an the date first <br />noted above. <br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND <br />.~ <br />By: "Lender" <br />0 <br />/~'' <br />
