<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Dawn M Peard, a b
<br />single person, Grantor(s), to The State Bank of Cairo, now known as Pathway Bank, a Nebraska
<br />Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated August 15, 2008 in which Pathway
<br />Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded
<br />September 15, 2008 as Document No. 200807896 of the Retards of Hall County, Nebraska, has
<br />been partially satisfied and said beneficiaries have requested that this Partial Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby recanvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, a part of the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described
<br />as follows:
<br />Lot One (1), Shar's Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, which
<br />currently has an address of 911E 12`h Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, 6$$01
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this PARTIAL DEED OF
