<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned; Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated September 6, 2006, executed by Janet M. Billesbach, A Single Person; in
<br />which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on September 14, 2006,
<br />recorded as Instrument No. 0200608219; and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigrzec~ ~iv~ Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request,ao reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows: `
<br />Fractional Lot Ten (10), in Fractional. Block Three (3), in Ashton Place, and its complement, to-wit; Fractional
<br />Lot Ten (1 D), in Fractional Block Eight (8), in Woodbine Addition, both being additions to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all-sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accpr~lanet~ with.. such request and the provisions of such Deed of
