<br />SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT, that John Stade (borrower) residing in Grand Island (city),
<br />Nebraska (state) hereinafter referred to as "Owner", is owner of the following described real estate situated in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska (state) to wit:
<br />Legal Description: Lot Seven (7), in Pleasant View Thirteenth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />Commonly known as: 911 E. South St, Grand Island, NE (address)
<br />subject, however to a mortgage in the amount of $ 4000 ,dated March 23"t,2006 ,recorded as Document #200602579
<br />in favor of Federal Home Loan Bank, Topeka, Kansas hereinafter referred to as "Sauk".
<br />WHEREAS, the owner has obtained a loan from Equitable Bank ,and secured by the real estate set forth above;
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, the Bank does, upon the execution hereof, agree with the Owner that the Mortgage Lien is in full force
<br />and effect as set out by its terms and has not, at the date hereof, been amended in any manner whatsoever;
<br />NOW THEREOF, in consideration of the Covenants, promises, conditions and agreements as set forth in said
<br />Mortgage, the Bank does, upon the execution hereof, subordinate its interest in the real estate herein described to
<br />Equitable Bank and does agree that the Owner may execute a Mortgage and Note in favor Equitable Bank
<br />and does consent that such mortgage shall be and constitute a prior mortgage lien upon the above described real estate; that
<br />the Bank's right, title, and interest in and to the above described real estate will be subordinate and junior to the lien of said
<br />real estate mortgage and note in favor of Equitable„Sank dated July 26`h 2010,in the amount of $121,000
