Eric Wood, 11515 South 39th Street, Bellevue NE 68123, and who is designated as Trustee under the Trust Deed dated October 1, 2001, executed by Robert L. Siemers and Betty Joan Siemers, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Nebraska Law Offices, F.C. is named as Beneficiary, said Trust Deed being recorded on March 8, 2002 as Document No. 200202578 of the Records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from Nebraska Law Offices, P.C., the Beneficiary thereunder, a request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered for cancellation; NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, to wit, Robert L. Siemers and Betty Joan Siemers, Husband and Wife, the estate now held by said Trustee thereunder, to-wit: the real estate described on Exhibit A attached hereto.
