<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Michael R. Snyder, Attorney at Law, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed filed Apri130, 2009, executed by Robert L. Siemers, a single
<br />person, as Trustor, in which Jim Kuszak, is named as Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is
<br />recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />No. 0200903244, has received from Jim Kuszak, the Beneficiary thereunder, a written
<br />request to partially reconvey,
<br />The undersigned Beneficiary hereby request that the Trustee execute anal
<br />deliver to the Trustor a Deed of Partial. Recon ance.

<br />Ten (10) West of the 6`h P.M., more particularly described in Corporation Warranty
<br />Deed recorded as Document No. 200101714, Certificate of Death recorded as
<br />Document No. 200407659 and Deed of Distribution by Personal Representative
<br />recorded as Document No. 200505877, excluding tracts of land more particularly
<br />described in Deed recorded as Document No. 79-008257 and Deed recorded as
<br />Document No. 79-008258, EXCEPT A TRACT OF LAND DESCRIBED AS
<br />FOLLOWS:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(Sl/2NW1/4), in Section Thirty Six (36), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten
<br />(10) West of the 6th. P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described
