<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, ~ , -~ ~
<br /> under the Deed of Trust dated August 1, 2003, and executed by Shane Lee Stava and Lisa Diane
<br /> Stava, Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the
<br /> undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska on November 21, 2003, as Instrument No. 200315247, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Two (2) in Block Three (3) Kay-Dee Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPTING a
<br />tract of land more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded as Instrument #91-102667 as
<br />the Southerly Two (2) feet thereof.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 4th day of August, 2010,
