<br />The undersigned, being the Successor Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on February 1,
<br />2007, as Document number 200700836 in the records of Hall County, Nebraska, by MICHELE R OBERSCHULTE
<br />AND KEVIN D OBERSCHULTE, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS AND NOT AS TENANTS IN
<br />COMMON, as Trustors, in which MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., is named as
<br />Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security
<br />has occurred, and. the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due. You
<br />are hereby notified that because of such default, the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated and as of
<br />October 1, 2009, is in the amount of $187,338.81, plus interest thereafter. You are further notified that because of
<br />such default, the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations under
