WARRANTY nF.F.n <br />WOOD RIVER AREA ECONOMIC AND HOUSING DEVELOPMENT <br />CORPORATION, a Corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State <br />of Nebraska, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00), receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby convey to GREGORY A.
