<br />This Deed made -~~ ~ ~ ~'r~ 2010, between Jerry Watson, Hall County Sheriff, State of Nebraska,
<br />Transferor herein and AI Avery f Grand Island, Hall County, State of Nebraska, Transferee herein.
<br />..... Recitals:..
<br />1. By virtue of a Decree of Foreclosure dated February 8, 2010, directed and delivered to Transferor and
<br />issued out of the Hall. County District Court on a judgment rendered in such Court in an action entitled AI Avery as
<br />Plaintiff and Danny K. Collins; County of Hall, a Body Politic and Corporate; and any and all Persons Having or Claiming
<br />any Interest in or to the East Thirty-five Feet (35') of Lot Fourteen (14), Block Twelve (12), Brett & Johnson's Addition,
<br />Village of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, Defendant, Case No. CI 09-1079, in favor of Plaintiff AI Avery for the sum
<br />of One Thousand Seventeen Dollars and Fifty-five Cents ($1,017.55) plus interest in the amount of $0.23 per day from
<br />December 15, 2009, Transferor was directed to levy and execute on the real estate which was the subject of said action
<br />between Plaintiff and Defendant.
<br />2. Transferor levied on said real estate and after due notice, sold said real estate at public auction at 10:00
<br />o'clock a.m. on April 21, 201D at the Hall County Courthouse in Grand 151and, Nebraska to Transferee, as the highest
<br />bidder, for the sum of One Thousand, Forty-four Dollars and Fifteen Cents ($1,044.15) in cash.
<br />3. Transferee, having paid the purchase money for said real estate, is now the legal owner of the real
<br />estate and holder of the certificate of sale thereof given to Transferee by Transferor.
<br />4. There has been no redemption of real estate and confirmation of the sale was issued by Order of the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska on March 10, 2010.
<br />By virtue° o `'fFie foregoing an m ci7nsi eration ~of~ the purchase money, receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, Transferor grants and conveys to AI Avery, the real estate described as follows:
<br />East Thirty-five feet (35') of Lot Fourteen (14), Block Twelve (12), Brett & Johnson's Addition,
<br />Village of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska.
